1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using qirunep wellness consultation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qirunep, operating under Hungarian law.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Eligibility

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Medical Consultation Requirement:

You must consult with qualified healthcare professionals before implementing any wellness recommendations from our consultations.

Accurate Information:

You must provide accurate and complete information during consultations to receive appropriate guidance.

Personal Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for your health decisions and any consequences of following or not following our educational guidance.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guarantees: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any wellness approaches discussed during consultations. Individual results may vary significantly.

Educational Purpose Only: All information provided through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Emergency Services: Our Services are not intended for emergency situations. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Consultation Availability: Consultation scheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or refer you to alternative professionals when appropriate.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

• Consultation fees are payable in advance
• Prices are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF)
• Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms
• All fees include applicable Hungarian VAT

Refund Policy

• 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers
• Refunds available before consultation delivery
• No refunds after consultation completion
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our Services, including consultation materials, educational resources, and website content, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by qirunep or our licensors.

You may use information from consultations for your personal wellness journey but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice:

To the maximum extent permitted by Hungarian law, qirunep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health complications, medical expenses, or any damages arising from your use of our consultation services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation service that gave rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hungary, including but not limited to the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013), consumer protection laws (Act CLV of 1997), and applicable EU regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, specifically the courts of Budapest, unless EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

EU consumers have the right to pursue disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
